Tonya Grismer

Prior to joining the Dr Rudderman team in 2006, Tonya conducted in-house and on-site training of clinical skin care procedures for Institu’ DERMed, a mediclinical spa facility in Atlanta. Her responsibilities during her six years there also included spa management, customer development and sales support.

Tonya began her career as a Clinique consultant in Atlanta, ultimately managing a team of five who generated annual store product counter sales of more than $1 million.

Her favorite part of her job is working one-on-one with clients, getting to know them and sharing their excitement as they see their skin change and improve through use of various procedures.
