We at Dr. Rudderman Plastic Surgery understand that your time is valuable. We make every attempt to remain on time for you and to complete your appointment in a timely manner.
There are occasions where we DO run behind due to unforeseen circumstances. We have both internal and external policies to keep those circumstances at a minimum.
To help mitigate disruptions for our patients and providers, we have instituted a Cancelation Policy.
As a patient, you are expected to be on time for your appointment. If you are going to be 15 minutes late (or more) you must call to reschedule your appointment.
We understand at times there are circumstances that may prevent you from being on time for your appointment. However, in most cases we have no alternative appointment spaces for you, and we will have to reschedule your appointment.
Notice of Cancelation Fees for Surgical Appointments
- 48-Hour Required Notice: Should you need to change or cancel your appointment, please do so within 48 hours prior to your appointment time by calling: 678-566-7200. Appointments NOT canceled within the 48-hour required window will result in a $100 Cancelation Fee.
- Avoid $100 Cancelation Fee: If you call to cancel your appointment within the 48 Hour required window, please be sure to speak to our Front Desk so we can register your appointment cancelation properly and you will NOT be charged the $100 Cancelation Fee.
- Failure to Show: Patients who fail to show up for a schedule appointment will incur a $100 No Show Fee.
