The Quanta series laser technology is customizable and versatile. It features 3 true laser wavelengths: Alexandrite 755 nm, Nd:YAG 1064 nm, and Nd:YAG 532 nm. This technology allows us to provide our patients solutions that address concerns across all different skin types, with minimal recovery time and fewer treatments needed to achieve great results.

Quanta Light EVO and Suprema Laser Treatment FAQs

These multi-platform lasers are safe and effective for all skin types, can address a wide range of concerns, and can be customized to meet a variety of needs. 

This series of lasers is great for anyone who isn’t quite ready for an ablative laser. Anyone looking for a minimally invasive laser treatment that delivers great results quickly will love this series of lasers. Your skin will look younger, smoother, softer, and more even-toned.

In addition, the Quanta Light EVO & Suprema lasers can remove unwanted hair from almost anywhere on the body, including the face, chest, back, legs, arms, underarms, and bikini line.

If you use any skincare products containing retinol, hydroquinone, or glycolic acid, we recommend you pause the use of these products for one week before your treatment.

During your treatment session, your provider uses a small hand-held device that delivers pulses of light energy to the targeted area. 

The device includes a cool air function that protects the skin and reduces discomfort from the laser pulse. 

There is no downtime associated with the procedure, and you can immediately resume your everyday activities.

The Quanta Light EVO & Suprema lasers have several design features that improve comfort as well as reduce recovery time. We also offer pro-nox for those pain adverse.

Although every patient is different, you can expect to see results on skin conditions as follows:

  • When it comes to some skin concerns it is possible to achieve noticeable results after one treatment session.
  • Dark spots and brown spots will gradually darken over a few days before flaking off your skin over  2 or 3 treatment sessions.
  • Wrinkles and lines will improve over several weeks after at least 3 treatments as collagen and elastin production increases, which promotes youthful-looking, smooth skin. 
  • Scarring improves over weeks and months after the recommended treatments provided by your Aesthetician as damaged skin gets replaced with new healthy skin cells.

When it comes to hair removal, you’ll need several laser treatment sessions to achieve your goals. To achieve permanent hair removal you can expect to receive 6 to 8 laser hair removal treatments. 

How many treatment sessions you need depends on your hair density, the hair’s growth cycle, and the area being treated. Your treatment sessions are scheduled approximately six to eight weeks apart to ensure that all unwanted hair is targeted during the growth stage. 

After every treatment session, the hair that grows back is finer and lighter in color. You can expect the targeted hair to shed and fall out in between your treatment sessions.

Side effects of the Quanta Light EVO & Suprema Laser Treatments for laser hair removal and facial rejuvenation include red and swollen skin. The redness is similar to a sunburn and typically dissipates within one or two days.
