In these before and after photos you see a 25 year old patient who came to Dr. Rudderman for evaluation and consultation of tubular congenital breasts. The clinical exam found she had significant asymmetry of the nipple-areolar contour and position, volume of the breast and inframammary crease position and contour. A mastopexy with an Inverted T approach was performed.

18 yr old patient presented for evaluation & consultation for tubular breasts with asymmetry. Bilateral mastopexy was performed through an inverted T approach (incisions around the areola, vertically from areola to breast crease, and under the breast). Results are noted at 14 days post op.

Treatment options were discussed relating to asymmetric breast shape, large nipple/areola, drooping/sagging breasts and nipple areolar position.
Dr. Rudderman repositioned the breast tissue to achieve a more natural, age appropriate and aesthetically pleasing appearance.
After photos demonstrate the outcome as early as 3 weeks post-op.

Treatment options were discussed relating to breast shape, excessive areolar size, droopy breasts and asymmetric nipple areolar position.
Surgery was performed to reposition breast tissue, reduce areolar size, remove excess skin and improve shape.
