56 year old patient presented for evaluation and consultation for breast implant removal of 10 year old saline implants.
Breast implant removal with en bloc capsulectomy was performed through an inframammary incision. Original implant size was 325cc saline with no capsular contracture and other intraoperative defects. Results are noted 6 weeks post-op.
