As a Nurse Practitioner at Dr. Rudderman’s Midtown office, Brittany has become known for her ability to help clients achieve their aesthetic goals with precision and care. A proud Atlanta native, Brittany Haynes is a Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner with years of experience in patient care. After initially pursuing a different path in nursing, she ultimately found her passion in medical aesthetics. From an early age, Brittany knew she was destined to become a nurse, following in the footsteps of her mother and grandmother, both of whom worked in the medical field.

Brittany earned her Master’s and Bachelors of Science in Nursing from Florida A&M University, a prestigious HBCU known for its rigorous nursing program. During her time there, she served as President of the Student Nursing Association and later pursued a career in Postpartum and Newborn care in Macon, Georgia. Although she enjoyed teaching new mothers, Brittany sensed her calling was in another field of nursing.

She transitioned to Pediatric Cardiology, which, while rewarding, didn’t quite fit her vision for her future. Her true passion ignited when she discovered the world of aesthetics, combining her love of skincare with her nursing expertise. This newfound direction led her to receive training and certifications from top organizations, including the American Academy of Facial Esthetics (AAFE), Allergan, Merz, and continuing education programs led by world-renowned master injectors.

A Personalized Approach to Aesthetics

Brittany’s approach to aesthetics is as much about confidence as it is about the treatment itself. She begins each consultation by asking her clients to identify something they love about their appearance, helping set a positive tone for the experience. Safety and clear communication are key elements in her process, and she tailors each treatment plan to suit her clients’ specific needs and goals.

Her ultimate goal is to achieve true facial harmony and balance, delivering subtle, natural-looking results that leave clients feeling refreshed and confident. The joy and satisfaction her clients experience after a treatment are what she values most.

Outside of work, Brittany enjoys spending quality time with her daughter and experimenting in the kitchen with her family. She’s also a dedicated shopper, always on the lookout for the latest trends.
