Breast Revision Before and After Photos – Case #2134

34 yr old patient presented for evaluation and discussion for treatment options relating to her large breasts, sagging breasts, uneven breasts, asymmetry of the breast, and desire for smaller more balanced breasts. Examination was remarkable for breast implant displacement, contracture, and an enlarged and asymmetrical nipple areolar circumference.

Breast revision surgery including: breast implant exchange with 371cc silicone gel implants, pocket revision, implants repositioning and nipple areolar reduction was performed.
